A huge leap for Inter Miami in the Lionel Messi deal race

While everyone was talking during the past few days about the big difference between the Saudi offer and his American counterpart to the Argentine star, Lionel Messi, Inter Miami took steps in the race for Leo.

Leo is currently available as a free deal, and he has three options, either Al Hilal Saudi Arabia or American Inter Miami, and Barcelona, the weakest bidder, joins them, but the newspaper “The Athletic” revealed tremendous developments in the American negotiations.

The newspaper indicated that the American club, under the auspices of “Adidas” and “Apple”, is approaching Messi strongly, while confirming that the Saudi offer is no longer under study by the player.

“The Athletic” indicated that “Apple” signed an agreement for the next ten years with the American League, to be its main broadcasting platform, and discussed the possibility of providing a share of its revenues from Apple TV+’s MLS Season Pass, to go to Messi, in addition to the sponsoring company “Adidas”. For the American League since 1996, it has also offered to allocate a portion of its profits to the player.

The matter did not stop at this point, but the newspaper also indicated that it is possible that if Messi agrees and moves to the American League, he will have an option to own a specific percentage of the club, when his career ends with him, similar to what was offered to the star David Beckham in 2007.

It is worth noting that Jorge Messi; The father of the star, Lionel Messi, had explicitly announced his son’s desire to return to Barcelona again, but the financial situation seemed to be an obstacle to completing the deal.
