Manchester City president reveals his first dialogue with Erling Haaland!

Khaldoun Al-Mubarak, president of Manchester City, revealed his first conversation with team star Erling Haaland after joining the club last summer.

Haaland scored 52 goals in all competitions with Manchester City this season, led the team to crown the treble, and played a starring role in the Champions League, scoring 12 goals.

In the Manchester City president’s speech at the end of the season, Al-Mubarak said about Haaland: “What an addition. I think this was my first conversation after signing the contract. What amazed me about Haaland is the confidence that he has something special, confidence with respect.”

And he added, “After signing the contract, he said at the end, ‘Mr. President, I will win the Champions League for you. I am here to win the Champions League for Manchester City, and we are going to win it.’”

And he continued his statements, saying: “He said that a year ago and it is really a testament to the greatness of this player, to show you where Haaland is heading. This is the beginning and the scary part is that this is just the beginning for him.”

And the club president continued to praise Haaland, saying: “He is a hero. He is never satisfied if he scores one goal, if there are no goals, if he scores two goals, if he scores five goals, I remember that when he scored five goals after the match he used to say to me:“ I should have scored three Or four more. “That’s the winning mentality, that’s the recipe for winning. We now have an incredible player.”

This season, Haaland was crowned the Premier League and Champions League top scorer and was named the best player in the league.
