Paris Saint-Germain players turn against Mbappe

Paris Saint-Germain coach Luis Enrique has strong support from the team’s players in managing the secret conflict with Kylian Mbappe.

The newspaper “Le Parisien” reported that Enrique resorts to rotating the starting lineup for two reasons, the first of which is to motivate his players and put them under pressure, and the second is to recover physically.

She pointed out that the Spanish coach succeeded in convincing the Paris players that every element will play a role this season.

She added that the Paris players stood by Enrique when he announced that Mbappe would be replaced between halftime of the Monaco match.

The newspaper revealed, “No player tried to embrace or comfort Mbappe. Rather, they committed themselves to complete professionalism, concentration, and listening to their coach’s instructions before returning to the field.”

She noted, “Some players were surprised that their colleague did not sit on the bench, but Mbappé sitting in the stands was not the subject of much discussion among them.”

She confirmed that the atmosphere was good in the Parisian team’s training yesterday, Sunday, as the players exchanged laughter and a sense of humor.

She explained that the players considered the meeting that took place between Enrique and Mbappe, last Saturday morning, as a way to clear the atmosphere between the two parties.

Le Parisien said, “The Paris players were not surprised by their colleague Mbappe’s decision to leave the team at the end of the current season.”

She concluded her report, “But after a month of this uproar, PSG players committed to the team’s collective goals, more than caring about their colleague’s recent suffering.”
