Real Madrid is not in a rush to find a replacement for Toni Kroos

A Spanish press report revealed, today, Tuesday, Real Madrid’s plan, after German international Toni Kroos’ decision to retire from football after the current season.

Kroos suddenly announced his retirement today, Tuesday, after a career full of achievements.

Kroos will play his last match with Real Madrid against Borussia Dortmund, in the Champions League final, and his entire career will end with the end of Germany’s campaign in Euro 2024.

According to the Spanish newspaper “Marca”, Real Madrid is not currently considering signing a replacement for Kroos during the upcoming summer Mercato.

The newspaper indicated that coach Carlo Ancelotti had asked Florentino Perez, the club president, to renew the contract of Kroos or Luka Modric during the recent period.

The newspaper noted that Carlo Ancelotti’s voice was heard in Valdebebas, saying loudly, “Let at least one of them stay,” referring to Modric and Kroos.

Kroos will be honored during Real Madrid’s match against Real Betis, next Saturday, in the final round of La Liga, at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.
